Ontrak UK Limited was established in 2007 by Ashley Spence, Company Director, following a highly successful and dynamic recruitment career spanning 2 decades.

Our head office is in London and its central location provides a flexible base for our consultants. In addition to these offices we have access to over 600 satellite offices, which enable us to deliver a nationwide service to all our clients.
As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Ontrak strictly adhere to the REC’s Code of Professional Practice. Affiliation to the REC ensures business is conducted ethically and to the highest possible standards in order to promote good practice. A copy of our Quality Policy is available upon request.

As an Achilles Link Up approved supplier, we are part of the UK rail industry’s pre-qualification scheme, which is recognised as best practise in qualifying suppliers, and is used extensively by buyer organisations to manage risk and comply with legislation. Achilles Link-up is governed by a RISQS (Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme) Board.
Ontrak recognises that matching a candidate to the client’s specific requirements depends not only on the skills match, but also on their attitudinal and cultural fit. Once this analysis is complete, it allows Ontrak to improve its recruitment methodologies and standardise selection across client projects.
